footeo.com has no tolerance for the sending of spam and unsolicited mail. If you’ve received unsolicited mail from footeo.com, please notify us immediately at support@footeo.com.

Every complaint is investigated, and you will receive a response from our team detailing the action we’re taking to deal with the issue.

footeo.com takes several steps to keep abuse to a minimum. Among other things, we :

  1. Only send emails to our opt-in contacts*
  2. Check each uploaded mailing list
  3. Read most emails before they can go out the door
  4. Open an investigation if we receive an abuse complaint to support@footeo.com
*An opt-in checkbox is on the registration form (//www.footeo.com/en/new-user). This checkbox is not checked by default. The person completing the form select the checkbox to indicate they want to hear from us.

Moreover, our e-mail always include a single-click unsubscribe link that instantly removes the subscriber from our list.
